Designed with the unique needs of our patients in mind, the Pleasant Valley Hospital Infusion Center provides a full range of infusion services in a comfortable, convenient environment. Services include the delivery of chemotherapy medications, anti-nausea and anti-inflammatory medications, general IV fluids, antibiotics, blood products and pain medication. Infusion therapy is used in the treatment of allergy-related asthma, anemia, autoiummune and immune deficiency disorders, cancer, cellulitis, Crohn’s disease, dehydration, gout, iron deficiency, lupus, migraines, MS, neuropathies, osteoporosis, pneumonia, psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis and skin infections.

 

Staffed by experienced registered nurses who specialize in IV treatments, the center features private infusion rooms as well as an open infusion area for patients who prefer to visit with those around them. With comfortable seating and individual televisions, the PVH Infusion Center works to make each patient feel as relaxed as possible, even those there for several hours of chemotherapy or other treatments. The caring and compassionate Infusion Center staff also provides meals and drinks to patients while they receive therapy.

 

When infusion therapy is needed, you and your loved ones can count on the warm, inviting Infusion Center at Pleasant Valley Hospital – designed with you in mind.
