Board-certified and fellowship-trained ophthalmologist Heather Skeens, MD, provides comprehensive eye care to residents of Point Pleasant and surrounding communities. With extensive knowledge, proven technology and a deep commitment to patients and their families, Dr. Skeens specializes in the medical and surgical treatment of eye disorders and ophthalmologic conditions.

Dr. Skeens performs minimally invasive cataract surgeries and treats a wide range of corneal disorders and diseases, with advanced training in traditional full-thickness cornea transplantation as well as partial-thickness cornea transplantation techniques. She also treats ocular surface diseases, dry eye disease, contact lens-related cornea issues and corneal ulcers.
